Nordic Walk with Paula

Newsletter November 2016

Afternoon All,

It’s been a while since my last newsletter, so much has happened that I don’t know where to begin. As a walking club we have so much to celebrate, however, I want to concentrate on the now and what’s to come.

The obvious place to start is with a REQUEST FOR HELP

Do you havvolunteere, or do you know anyone who has MARKETING EXPERIENCE who can help me out a couple of hours each week? It would probably suite a retired or semi-retired person best, although anyone with a few hours a week to spare would be appreciated. I’m growing Nordic Walk With Paula and as much as I like to think I’m Superwoman and can do everything myself, I can’t. I need help getting our good name out there and letting others know how Nordic Walking can help them.

testimonial5To that end, to help me with my marketing & to encourage others to walk with us I need your feedback on how much you love Nordic Walking & why. How does Nordic Walking help you? If you have something lovely to say about me too, that would be a bonus! J If you would please email me your comments and /or post them to our Facebook page (with a photo, gosh, I’m asking a lot…) that would be great. Thank you in excited anticipation.

NOVEMBER WALKS are on the diary pages. You have 28 hours a week to choose from. Don’t forget to book your space to avoid disappointment.

With onlywatch-this-space-6 52 sleeps until Christmas and 58 days until the New Year there’s time for a six week boot camp to drop a dress size. Tuesday evenings at 6pm for an hour. £45

Our first Moonrise Walk is a night walk around Hadley Heath to see the stars and lights and to experience the countryside from a whole new perspective. We’ll finish off having a warming drink in the local pub.  Let’s ask the Nordic Walking Angels to ensure I choose the right night for it! Date TCB.

We’ve been invited to walk with the Watford group and then they’ll come and walk with us. We’ve also been invited to the Lake District next year. Details to follow.

I’ve noticed a number of you live in Epsom. I’m considering the merits of having a session more local to you. In order to do so I would need a number of you to walk regularly to make it a viable option. Please contact me & let me know what you think.

christmasI’m looking to book our CHRISTMAS WALK AND LUNCH, naturally, Christmas jumpers are a must! Have you got a favourite walk with a pub that you’d like to share with us? Pencil in Sunday 4th December. Friends & partners are welcome to join us & walk without poles. There’s no charge for this walk (other than the cost of your lunch), it’s my thank you to you for walking & having fun with me this year.gift-voucher-3

GIFT VOUCHERS are available for you to buy a Learn 2 Nordic Walk programme, walks, traveller poles with a bag, weather and wind proof gloves… If you request a gift voucher from your loved one give them my number and we’ll make the arrangements between us so it’s still a bit of a surprise for you on Christmas Day.
